Our pricing includes everything that we are aware of prior to starting including land preparation, architectural design, construction costs, materials, builder fees, and interior finishes to name a few. Any unforeseen issues that arise will be discussed and agreed upon prior to moving forward. Usually unforeseen things involve the grading and foundation phases as its impossible to know for certain what will be under the dirt prior to us moving it.

You don’t need to own land before contacting us. We can assist you in finding the perfect lot within our golf lake community, or if you already have land, we’ll help evaluate it to ensure it’s suitable for building.
